Terms
Terms of Service
Draft terms for the 2027 AI Agency 60-Day Challenge. They do not take effect until the operator details and legal review are complete.
Three details must be filled in by the operator
1Who these terms are with, and your agreement
The platform is operated by [operator to confirm: legal entity name and registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, entering the challenge or using this site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and challenge rules, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
2What the platform is
A public standings board for a skills challenge, plus a private account area where you submit client results and a private review area for the challenge team. Carson's course is free. The platform itself does not charge you and does not sell anything.
3Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep control of that email inbox; you are responsible for everything done through your account, and anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account and one entry per agency. Do not share access, create duplicate accounts, or enter on behalf of an agency you do not own or run.
4Entry and eligibility
Entry requires an active GoHighLevel account created or maintained through the registration link on this site. Your agency must have collected under $10,000 in the 30 days before the global launch; you declare this at signup and finalists confirm it privately. Exceeding $10,000 during the challenge is fine and expected.
If the qualifying GoHighLevel access ends, submissions are disabled and your public entry is hidden. Reinstating that access through the same link within 72 hours of the confirmed loss restores your approved results once and recalculates your rank. Otherwise the entry is disqualified for this challenge. A provider outage is treated as unknown status, not as a cancellation, and never removes approved results on its own.
5What counts as a result
Only new, real clients your agency won after you joined and within the single global 60-day window count. Existing clients, payments to yourself, duplicate clients, and the same client entered by more than one agency do not count.
Every client win requires a private sales-call recording. An unpaid free trial also requires proof that the work was actually launched. Paid results require a paid invoice or payment confirmation. Later payments attach to the same client and its original qualifying call evidence — they never create a second client. Qualifying money means setup and recurring service payments actually collected, excluding taxes and client ad spend; contract value, unpaid invoices and projected revenue do not count.
Timing is decided by our server records. Submissions and evidence must be complete and on time; there are no late submissions, evidence extensions or appeals.
6Review and standings
Human reviewers decide every submission: pending, approved, rejected, or needs more information. Their decision is final. Only approved data appears publicly. Standings rank by approved money collected, then verified client count; any remaining tie stays visible as a tie until resolved by the published tie-break. Position in the standings at any moment is information, not an entitlement to a prize.
We may correct approved totals, ranks and records where evidence, eligibility or a calculation turns out to be wrong, and we may suspend or remove an entry for a breach of these terms.
7Your content and evidence
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a licence to store, display and use it for running, reviewing, verifying and publishing the challenge. You confirm that you have the right to share every recording, invoice and document you upload, including any consent your client's recording requires, and that nothing you submit is false, altered or someone else's. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or anyone's sensitive personal data.
8Prizes
First place: a $15,000 blue-dial Rolex Datejust and a visit to Seattle with Carson, including round-trip economy airfare, two hotel nights and airport transportation for the winner only. A winner who cannot travel receives the watch by insured delivery instead. Second place: $1,500 toward a MacBook — a contribution, not a guaranteed complete machine. Third place: a $500 gift card.
Carson fulfils the prizes. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as stated. Nothing beyond what is listed here is included. You are responsible for any tax on a prize you receive, and for your own travel documents and insurance.
Finalists must verify their client records, payments and pre-challenge revenue privately by screen-share. Winners are announced only once every on-time review, eligibility check, tie and finalist verification is resolved. If a finalist fails verification, the next eligible entrant may be moved up under the policy set in the challenge settings.
9Acceptable use
Do not falsify evidence or amounts, manipulate the standings, attempt to reach another participant's private data, probe or attack the platform, scrape it at scale, or automate submissions. Breach can mean immediate disqualification, loss of a prize and closure of your account.
10No income claims or guarantees
Nothing on this site promises income, clients, results, a prize, or eligibility in any particular country. Outcomes depend entirely on your own work.
11Availability and changes
The platform is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be notified to participants and the effective date updated. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
12Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, lost data or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the platform or the challenge is limited to the value of the prize you were actually awarded or, if none, $100. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
13Ending your participation
You can stop and ask us to delete your account at any time; that withdraws you from the challenge and removes your entry from the standings. We may suspend or end participation for a breach of these terms, ineligibility, or fraud.
14Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [operator to confirm: governing jurisdiction] and the courts of [operator to confirm: courts] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where the law gives them that right. Please contact us first at [operator to confirm: contact email] so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
15General
These terms, the privacy policy and the challenge rules are the whole agreement between us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may transfer our rights under these terms as part of a business transfer; you may not transfer yours. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Microsoft, Apple, GoHighLevel, Rolex or Apple Inc., and those names are used only to identify the services and items involved.
