How the challenge works
This page states the rules confirmed by Carson today. It is not yet the final published rulebook.
Not yet the approved published rules
The complete entry structure, exact deadline boundaries and legal terms still need owner and legal approval. The version you accept when you join will be recorded, and the approved rules will be published here.
Who can enter
- One entrant per agency.
- Your agency must have collected strictly under $10,000 in the 30 days before the challenge launches. You declare this when you join, and finalists verify it privately with Carson.
- Passing $10,000 during the challenge is fine — the limit only describes where you started.
- You need qualifying access under Carson's link, kept active for the whole challenge. Signing up for that access adds nothing to your total.
The shared 60-day window
- There is one global start and one global deadline. Late joiners share the same deadline as everyone else.
- Only new, real clients you acquire after you join and inside the window count.
- Existing clients, payments to yourself, duplicate clients and the same client claimed by two people from one agency do not count.
- Timing is enforced by the server, not by the countdown on screen. There are no late submissions, evidence extensions or appeals.
- After the deadline, reviewers still finish reviewing complete on-time submissions.
Evidence you must provide
- Every client win requires the private sales-call recording for that client.
- A free client trial also requires proof it actually launched.
- A paid win requires a paid invoice or payment confirmation.
- A later payment attaches to the same client and its original qualifying call evidence — it never creates a second client.
- Evidence is private. It is reviewed by Carson's team and never published.
Review
- Submissions are Pending, Approved, Rejected or Needs More Information.
- Only approved evidence changes your approved money, verified clients and rank.
- A pending or rejected change never alters standings that were already approved.
Losing and restoring eligibility
- If your qualifying access is confirmed lost, submissions stop, your public entry is hidden and your approved history is preserved.
- You then have 72 hours from the confirmed loss to reactivate through Carson's link. Doing so restores your approved money once and recalculates your rank.
- Missing that window means disqualification from this challenge. Resubscribing later does not automatically reverse it.
- Client wins that happen while your access is inactive do not count.
- If a provider check cannot complete, your status is Unknown — that is not a cancellation and never removes approved money on its own.
Ranking
- Every eligible participant is listed, including participants who have not collected anything yet.
- Standings sort by the approved amount of money collected, then by verified clients.
- If two participants still tie, that is shown as tied and provisional. The additional tie-break is not finalized, and page order awards nothing.
Prizes and final verification
- First place: A $15,000 blue-dial Rolex Datejust plus a Seattle visit with Carson. Includes: Round-trip economy airfare for the winner only; Two hotel nights and airport transportation; If the winner cannot travel, insured delivery of the watch is arranged instead. The exact Datejust reference and fulfilment details are still being confirmed.
- Second place: A $1,500 contribution toward a MacBook, not a guaranteed full machine or a specific model. A contribution toward a MacBook, not a guaranteed full machine or specific model.
- Third place: A $500 gift card. The gift-card issuer is not finalized yet.
- Leading the standings does not make anyone a winner. Finalists verify their client, payment and starting-revenue records privately with Carson before anything is awarded.
Scoring table
There is no point system. Your position is the total amount of money new clients have actually paid you inside the window, counting only amounts a reviewer approved.

- Qualifying amounts are actual setup and recurring service payments you collected. Taxes and client ad spend are excluded.
- Contract value, unpaid invoices and projected revenue never count.
- Each later payment from the same client is submitted against that client and adds to your approved total.
- A launched free client trial is recorded as a verified client, and adds $0 until that client actually pays.
- Only amounts approved by a human reviewer appear on the leaderboard.
No income claims
Carson makes no income claims and no guarantee of winning.
If you choose to compete, every result is verified and vetted by the review team before it counts.
Results depend on the work you do. Participation does not guarantee income or a prize.
